Frequently asked questions
We know you may have questions about how our programs work and what to expect. Here are answers to some of the most common questions:
How soon can I start once I sign up?
You can start immediately! After completing your sign-up (this should take less than 24 hours), you can begin your workouts and access all resources right away.
What types of workouts can I expect?
Workouts include various strength training exercises tailored to your fitness level and goals, covering aspects like hypertrophy and strength. Different workouts are available, both at home or at the gym.
How are the workouts structured?
Workouts are structured with warm-ups, main exercises (with different variations to progress/regress), and cool-downs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your training. Most of them follow the "Progressive Overload" principle.
How are exercises shown in the app?
Exercises come with detailed descriptions, instructional videos, and demonstrations to ensure you perform them with proper form. Additionally, you can message your coach at any time to ask for feedback on your form (you can also send a video).
Is specific equipment needed?
While some programs can be done with minimal equipment, we recommend having access to basic gym equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, cables or barbells. If you're following a home workout, we recommend having at least some resistance bands. If you're not sure which ones to get, ask your coach and he or she will be happy to guide you.
Can I still do other workouts or classes alongside these workouts?
Yes, you can still participate in other workouts or classes! Just ensure your strength training sessions complement your overall training schedule. We recommend discussing it with your coach as it depends on each individual's goals and preferences.
Can I change the schedule of my workouts, or is it fixed?
The schedule is flexible! You can adjust the timing and frequency of your workouts to fit your lifestyle and commitments. We recommend discussing it with your coach to ensure you have enough recovery between each workout.
