Our focus is not on meal prepping or structured meal plans, but rather on building flexible meal plans and strategies that fit into your lifestyle and preferences.

Can I still eat out or do I need to follow a strict meal plan?

You can absolutely enjoy eating out! Your nutrition strategy will be flexible, allowing for meals out while still keeping you on track with your goals.

You will not be asked to make specific recipes (it is up to you what you want to eat, as long as it aligns with the strategy), but you will get access to Elise's wide library of recipes that are nutritious and easy to make to help you hit your health goals.

Nutrition coaching offers numerous benefits, including personalized meal plans, accountability, education on healthy eating habits, and support in overcoming dietary challenges.
