Our Base. running plan is designed to set you up for success with tailored monthly running plans that sync directly to your watch, ensuring seamless tracking of your progress.

Each month, your plan is revised to align with your evolving goals and accomplishments. Complement your running with strength and mobility training, and integrate cross-training like cycling as needed to keep things interesting and balanced. Crucially, scheduled recovery days are included to help you rest and recharge, preventing burnout and injuries. We begin with an initial onboarding questionnaire to tailor everything to your personal objectives and fitness level. Enjoy access to valuable resources and participate in discussions to further enhance your learning and development. Regular check-ins ensure you're right on track, with unlimited support available whenever you need it.

With this comprehensive plan, you're not just following a program, you're building a solid foundation for long-term success in your running journey!

What can you expect after signing up?
  • Your coach will send you an email to set up your account.
  • You'll fill out a few forms and get instant access to resources and coaching.
  • Your coach will craft your plan and share it with you within 7 days.
  • You'll start this amazing running journey, one step at the time!
Payment Policy 💸

Clients receive a 7-day free trial upon signing up for the coaching package, allowing full access to all features at no cost. The first payment is only processed after the trial ends and will renew monthly. Cancelling within the trial incurs no charges.

Cancellation Policy 🚫

Clients may cancel the coaching package anytime before the next billing cycle without extra fees. Requests must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid subsequent charges. If canceled after billing, one additional month will be charged.

Example: For a billing cycle starting on the 20th, cancel by the 19th to avoid next month's charge. Requests on or after the 20th will incur one final billing before service ends.

To cancel, clients must submit a request in a written format by email at elise@thycoaching.com or done so via the Stripe plaftorm.

Meet your Coaches!

Elise

Elise is your go-to coach for everything nutrition and strength training. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach by NASM, with over 3 years of experience. Aside from crafting the perfect nutrition strategies or workouts for you, she is all about giving tips on staying organized and consistent to reach your goals. Elise also participated in many road and trail marathons (such as Barcelona Marathon and Collserola Marathon) as well as ultra-trail races (such as UTMB Verbier X-Plore, and Grantrail Courtmayeur 55). With her, it's a judgment-free zone, and there are never too many questions to ask!

Jasper

Jasper is the man responsible for your running plans. He will create and adapt your sessions as you progress, ensuring you have enough recovery. He is an Ultra-Trail Certified Coach by UESCA, with over 5 years of experience on the trails. Jasper completed many road and trail marathons (such as Rotterdam Marathon, Barcelona Marathon) as well as ultra-trail races ranging from 55 to 85 kilometers (such as Ultra Penedes, and Transgrancanaria Advanced). With him, there is no doubt you'll be inspired to keep running!
